(b)bring together, under one umbrella, a group of professional, legal and financial firms who could not consolidate prior to the change in the law (Legal Services Act 2007 (the LSA));
(c)aid the development of niche market or domestically dominant professional firms who wish to expand laterally or internationally;

(d)open up opportunities provided by the Group's companies to invest in pre market positions, assets and high return funding deals to allow Group Companies and investors to share in profits that would not be normally open to them;

(e)take advantage of developing professional services opportunities in emerging markets; (f)facilitate the provision of referral management, back office services, invoice and infrastructure finance. This will enhance the Group's profitability and transfers profits to the centre in an 'active deal and development' platform.

Over the last decade significant consolidation has been achieved in the financial services and accountancy sectors creating real value for shareholders. ProServ has started the consolidation process within the legal profession which will complete the circle in relation to consolidation of professional services.
